Quick Fix: Restore the Missing Menu Bar Not Showing in Windows 11

Restart Windows Explorer
  1. . Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

  2. Find Windows Explorer in the list.

  3. Right-click it and select Restart.

If restarting doesn’t work, try rebooting your PC using Task Manager by entering shutdown /r

Verify Taskbar Settings.
  1. Press Win + I to open Settings .

  2. Go to Personalization > Taskbar.

  3. Ensure that Automatically hide the taskbar is turned off.

If you have multiple screens, enable Show taskbar on all displays to keep the taskbar visible across all monitors.

Run the Troubleshooter
  1. Open Settings and navigate to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

  2. Click on System Maintenance and run it.

If the issue began after a Windows update, also run the Windows Update Troubleshooter .

Update or Roll Back Display Drivers
  1. Press Win + X and select Device Manager

  2. Locate Display adapter, right-click, and choose Update driver.

If the problem started after a driver update, try rolling back the driver by going to Properties > Driver > Roll Back Driver .
