Check Spotlight Settings
  1. Open Settings (Windows key + I)

  2. Navigate to Personalization > Lock screen

  3. Set "Personalize your lock screen" to Windows Spotlight

  4. Enable "Show lock screen background on sign-in screen"

If Windows Spotlight isn’t in the dropdown, update Windows first.

Reset Spotlight Cache
  1. Open File Explorer

  2. Go to: %localappdata%\Packages
